1. Pants can be traditional gi pants or the more modern board or fight shorts.
  2. Shirts should be school rash guards.
  3. In Johorbjj we always wear clean clothes with no metal applications.
  4. The rash guard also has to be worn at all times.
  5. All Jewelry has to be removed before training.
  6. For every class it is the students responsibility to wear a mouth piece and a cup.
  7. Knee pads are optional.
  8. Since shoes are not usual in Johorbjj, the finger and toe nails must be kept short without sharp edges, for all Grappling classes.
